Petal to the Nettle - Mineral Rich - Loose Leaf tea Blend:
Description: Perfect for hot days, hiking, playing sports, working out, and being active. Support the body during times of activity and fatigue with mineral rich herbs. Packed with vitamin C + B, magnesium, iron, chlorophyll, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, silica, these herbs have actions of nutritive, cooling, nervine, anti-inflammatory, trophorestorative, and demulcent. Add sugar, sea salt and citrus for an extra boost!
Directions: Use 4 Tbsp per 1 quart of boiling water. Cover and steep overnight. Strain and drink 1 cup as needed. To add a boost, add a pinch of sea salt, a pinch of raw sugar, and a squeeze of citrus (lemon, lime, grapefruit or orange).
